The scandinavian audio/video magazine “Lyd og Bilde” did a review of the Starkey SA-43 3-way in-ear monitor in their November 2009 issue. The IEM’s got the highest score, 6 stars, and was concluded to be, quote: “possibly the best in-ear earphone in the world”.
